Terms of Refund
1. Order Processing & Refund Eligibility
Once an order for a personalized product is placed, our production begins within the next hour to ensure timely delivery. Due to the custom nature of our items, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Items
All customized and non-personalized products are non-refundable, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
Note: This exception does not apply to chains.
3. Damaged or Missing Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or missing item, please provide an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) to initiate a claim.
Once the product is returned and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Order Cancellation

Prepaid Orders: Cannot be cancelled once placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD): You may cancel the order either by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in your confirmation message or during the confirmation call.
Important: Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refunds or replacements for damaged or defective products.
5. Time-Sensitive Claims
If more than 2 working days have passed since delivery, we regret that we will be unable to accept requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
